These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website at puffpoint.ca (the "Website"), operated by Puff Point Vape & Convenience ("Puff Point", "we", "us"), a retail store located at 280 Carrall St, Vancouver, BC V6B 2J1. By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Adults only
This Website is intended for adults who are of legal age to purchase tobacco and vapour products in British Columbia, which is 19. We do not sell vaping products to anyone under 19, and we ask for valid government-issued photo ID in store. If you are under 19, you must not use this Website to browse vaping products.
2. In-store only — no online sales
The Website is an information resource about our shop. We do not offer online ordering, checkout, payment, delivery or shipping. Nothing on the Website is an offer to sell or a contract of sale. Any purchase takes place in our store, subject to our in-store policies, to availability, and to verification of your age and identity.
3. Product availability and legal compliance
- Products shown on the Website are listed for information. A product appearing on the Website does not guarantee that it is in stock, that it is currently offered for sale, or that it may lawfully be sold in British Columbia.
- Some products shown or listed may not be permitted for sale in British Columbia or elsewhere in Canada (for example, because of provincial or federal flavour, nicotine-concentration, packaging, notification or other requirements). We only sell products that we believe comply with applicable federal and provincial law, including the federal Tobacco and Vaping Products Act and its regulations and British Columbia's Tobacco and Vapour Products Control Act and its regulations. Laws change; if a listed product becomes non-compliant, we may stop selling it without notice.
- We may refuse or limit any sale at our discretion, including where we suspect a purchase is for a minor or for resale, or where a sale would not comply with the law.
- It is your responsibility to make sure that your purchase, possession and use of any product is lawful where you live. We do not ship products and do not sell for export.
4. Health information
Vaping products contain nicotine, which is highly addictive. They are not intended for people who do not already use nicotine, for minors, or for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and they may be harmful to your health. We do not make health claims, and our products are not smoking-cessation products or medical devices. Speak to a health professional if you want help quitting. Keep all vaping products and e-liquids out of the reach of children and pets.
5. Accuracy of information
We try to keep the Website accurate, but we do not guarantee that product names, flavours, nicotine strengths, pack contents, images, stock, hours or other information are complete, current or error-free. Product images are for illustration and may differ from the item on the shelf. We may correct errors and update or remove content at any time without notice. Please confirm details with staff in store before relying on them.
6. Brands, trademarks and third-party content
All brand names, logos, product names and product images shown on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Puff Point is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those owners. If you are a rights holder and believe that content on the Website should be changed or removed, please contact us using the details below and we will review your request promptly.
7. Our content
The Puff Point name, logo, design and original content of the Website are owned by us or our licensors. You may view the Website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit our content without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Website for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its servers; introduce viruses or other harmful code; interfere with the Website's operation; or use automated tools to copy the Website's content at scale.
